Cancellation Policy

By booking our shuttle service with OQP Vacations Miami, you agree to the following policy: Cancellation Policy * Customers may cancel their shuttle reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled shuttle time. * Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled shuttle time will be non-refundable. Reschedule Policy * Customers may reschedule their shuttle reservation free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled shuttle time, subject to availability. * Reschedule requests made less than 12 hours before the scheduled shuttle time may not be accepted and will be considered non-refundable. No-Show Policy * Customers who do not arrive within 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time will be considered a no-show. * No-shows are non-refundable. Booking Guarantee Our shuttle service operates based on reserved seating and scheduled availability. Last-minute cancellations directly affect our operations and prevent other customers from booking available spots. For this reason, any cancellation or modification outside the allowed timeframes will be non-refundable. Additional Terms * All bookings are subject to availability. * Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, cruise terminal operations, airport operations, or circumstances beyond our control may occur. * Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup information and being ready at the scheduled pickup time.
